Happy Feet Dance Studio

Happy Feet Dance Studio was founded by Catherine Vucina “Miss Cathy” in Brooklyn , New York in 1982.

In 1995 Miss Cathy relocated happy Feet Dance Studio to Manalapan, New Jersey

where she lives with her husband Vinny and daughter Majella.

This year we will be celebrating 27 years of Dance Education.

We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical and Hip=hop for children ages 2 to adults.

Our studio offers an outstanding pre-school creative dance program and we offer classes for children with special needs.

We are very proud of our award winning Competition Dance Company.

At Happy Feet we inspire all our students, young and old , to be the best dancers they can be which is one of the primary reasons for our success.

We believe a teacher’s influence on the future of a student extends far beyond the obvious physical benefits.

The faculty at Happy Feet is committed to motivate and challenge every student,

whether at the recreational or competitive level.

Our teaching philosophy is based on instilling passion for dance while nurturing creativity.

We take pride in the fact that all our instructors know each child and their family by name. Happy Feet understands that personal attention and a warm loving environment encourages optimal learning and fosters a lifelong love of dance.

We believe that an education in dance benefits the body, mind and soul.

Our goal is to develop confidence and self- esteem in our students while encouraging team work and teaching life skills

that will help them succeed in other aspects of their lives.
